DAVID BIRRELL (of Barrasgate, Kirkton) Wishes to thank all who came to his assistance during the recent inundation, and subsequent evacuation of his home during Storm Frank of 30th December 2015. Special mention to the Community Council, Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service, local friends and neighbours, driver volunteers, social workers, those who provided food, and everyone who helped.
